1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and fb11 ("fb11", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the fb11 platform at https://fb11.io, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the fb11 platform. Continued use of the platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

fb11 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. 2 Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

Use of the fb11 platform is strictly restricted to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement. fb11 conducts age verification as part of the Know Your Customer (KYC) process. Any account found to have been registered by or on behalf of a person under the age of 21 will be permanently closed and any funds held in such an account will be forfeited.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility

It is your sole responsibility to determine whether accessing and using fb11 is lawful in your jurisdiction. fb11 does not warrant or represent that its services are available or appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction. Players who access fb11 from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited do so entirely at their own risk and legal liability.

2.3 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold one active account on fb11. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds or pending withdrawals therein.

3 Account Registration

3.3 Know Your Customer (KYC) Verification

fb11 is committed to preventing fraud, money laundering, and underage gambling. As such, fb11 may at any time request that you provide identity verification documents, including but not limited to a national identity card (NID), passport, utility bill, or bank statement. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the specified timeframe may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until verification is complete.

3.4 Account Closure

fb11 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, provision of false information, or failure to complete KYC verification. 4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fb11 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. All transactions are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). fb11 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency.

4.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits may apply depending on the payment method selected and your account verification status. Current transaction limits are displayed within the Cashier section of your account dashboard.

4.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your fb11 account instantly or within a few minutes of successful payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between one and three business days to reflect in your account balance, depending on the processing times of the relevant banking institution.

4.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by fb11 within 24 to 72 hours of submission, subject to successful identity verification and the absence of any pending security checks. fb11 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the fb11 account holder.

4.5 No Third-Party Payments

fb11 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts and will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts. All funds must originate from and be returned to a payment method owned by the registered account holder. Any breach of this policy may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

5 Betting Rules

5.1 Placing Bets

All bets placed on fb11 are final once confirmed. It is your responsibility to review the details of any bet — including selection, stake, and odds — before confirming. fb11 will not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in circumstances where fb11 has made a manifest error in the published odds or market data.

5.2 Odds and Markets

fb11 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle any betting market at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving the cancellation or abandonment of an event, incorrect odds publication, or the availability of information that may have compromised the integrity of the market. Voided bets will have the original stake returned to the player's account balance.

5.3 Multi Bet Rules

The fb11 Multi Bet feature allows players to combine multiple individual selections into a single accumulator wager. All selections within a Multi Bet must win for the combined bet to be paid out. If one or more legs of a Multi Bet are voided, the bet will be recalculated based on the remaining valid selections. Minimum and maximum stake limits for Multi Bet wagers are displayed within the bet slip at time of placement.

5.4 Payout Limits

Maximum payout limits apply to all betting markets on fb11. The applicable maximum payout for any single bet or accumulator is displayed within the relevant market on the platform. fb11 reserves the right to reduce stakes or reject any bet that would result in a potential payout exceeding the published limit.

5.5 In-Play Betting

fb11 offers live in-play betting on selected cricket, football, and other sports markets. In-play odds are updated in near real-time and are subject to change or suspension at any moment during an event. fb11 accepts no liability for any delay between an in-play event occurring and the suspension of the relevant market.

6 Casino & Games

6.1 Game Availability

The fb11 casino library includes live dealer games, slots, and other RNG-based titles provided by third-party game studios including Evolution Gaming, Ezugi, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Habanero, Spribe, and Play'n GO. The availability of specific games may vary and fb11 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove any game from the library at any time without prior notice.

6.2 Random Number Generation

All RNG-based games available on the fb11 platform — including slots, virtual table games, and Go Goal Bingo — use certified random number generators. 6.3 Game Malfunction

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

fb11 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible registered players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall take precedence in respect of that promotion only.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All bonus funds awarded by fb11 are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as cash. 7.3 Bonus Abuse

8 Prohibited Conduct
